Withdraw within 14 days

If you are an EU consumer, you may withdraw from your contract within 14 days of contract conclusion (§355 BGB). We confirm receipt by email and refund you in full — we do not deduct anything for the days you already used. See our Terms §5.

If you're outside the 14-day window, we will NOT auto-cancel your subscription. You'll get an email explaining why, and a link to the regular cancellation form (/cancel) if you want to cancel without a refund.
If you subscribed inside our iOS app, Apple is the seller of record (Terms §14.2) and statutory withdrawal rights are exercised against Apple under Apple's Media Services Terms. We cannot cancel or refund an App Store subscription on your behalf — manage it in Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions on your device, or request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
